I begin this review by saying that Shawn has been my agent for over twenty years, before which he was my parents' agent for many more. We have always recommended the office for all insurance needs to our family and friends and have never heard anything but praise of Shawn and his team. Jeff Reichenbach is a great agent. He went out of his way to help me deal with a mistake made by my loan company with my escrow account. His help was able to get their mistake corrected and me a refund on a bad charge. I was pretty upset with the loan company but Jeff was able to get them all of the documentation they needed on my behalf.
